A little look back at our Rivu Club mini retreat at Marquis Suffolk — two hours of movement, wellness, nourishment and time to properly pause.

Two hours. Just for you.

On Saturday 26 September, we brought the Rivu Club community together at the beautiful Marquis Suffolk for a morning designed to slow things down, move the body and make space to reset.

From Pilates and guided stretch to wellness drinks, nourishing snacks, journalling and a special wellness experience, every part of the morning was created to help our guests step away from the everyday and reconnect with themselves.
